FunnelWizard Pro Browser Extension — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the FunnelWizard Pro browser extension ("the Extension") handles user data. The Extension is published by FunnelWizard Pro ("we," "us"). The Extension is a companion to the FunnelWizard Pro web application at https://builder.funnelwizard.pro.

Summary

The Extension stores your FunnelWizard Pro API key and a few user preferences locally in your browser. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any other data with any third party. The only network requests the Extension makes are to your own FunnelWizard Pro account.

What we collect (locally only)

The Extension stores the following data using your browser's chrome.storage.local API. This data is local to your browser; we do not have access to it.

1. Your FunnelWizard Pro API key. Required to authenticate requests to your FunnelWizard Pro account. You generate this key from your FunnelWizard Pro dashboard and paste it into the extension popup.
2. Your sidebar position preference (left or right side of the browser viewport).
3. The list of portal domains you have explicitly authorized. When you add a white-labeled portal (e.g., app.youragency.com), the Extension stores that domain so it knows to inject the sidebar there in future sessions.

What we do NOT collect

• Page content from GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or any other website you visit.
• Browsing history, URLs visited, or referrers.
• Form data, passwords, or personal information from any site.
• Analytics or telemetry of any kind.
• Anything that is sent to a third party.

Network requests

The Extension makes network requests ONLY to the following destinations, and only when you take an explicit action:

• Your FunnelWizard Pro account API — to fetch the list of funnels you have created and to retrieve a specific section's HTML when you click the "Copy" button. These requests include your API key in the Authorization header.
• builder.funnelwizard.pro — only when you click "Get your API key" in the extension popup, the Extension opens this URL in a new tab.

The Extension does not communicate with any other server, including any analytics, advertising, or third-party service.

Permissions

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

• storage — to save your API key and preferences locally.
• clipboardWrite — to copy a section's HTML to your clipboard when you click "Copy".
• scripting — to inject the FWP sidebar on portal domains you explicitly authorize.
• Host permissions for gohighlevel.com, msgsndr.com, clickfunnels.com, funnelwizard.pro, and the FunnelWizard Pro Supabase API host — so the Extension can inject the sidebar on those platforms and fetch your data from your account.
• Optional host permission <all_urls> — requested only when you explicitly add a white-labeled portal domain through the popup. Chrome will prompt you to confirm permission for that specific domain.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any user data. The Extension does not send data to any third party.

Data deletion

To remove all data the Extension has stored:

1. Click the FunnelWizard Pro extension icon in your toolbar.
2. Click "Sign out" to clear your API key.
3. Remove any added portal domains using the × button next to each.

To completely uninstall: right-click the extension icon → "Remove from Chrome." This removes the Extension and all of its locally stored data.

To revoke the API key on the server side: visit https://builder.funnelwizard.pro/extension-auth and click "Generate new key" (the previous key is then revoked).

Children

The Extension is not directed to children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced through the FunnelWizard Pro web application or via email to subscribers.
